Broker/Owner Dave Renison is a lifelong Stockton resident and has been in the real estate brokerage and consulting business for over 30 years.  He has served on various local governmental boards and committees, real estate commissions and he's active with civic service in this community. 

Currently, he is a Commissioner for the Housing Authority of San Joaquin County, a member of the the San Joaquin County Tax Assessment Appeals Board and President of the San Joaquin County Taxpayer's Association. 

He served as the court-appointed Foreman for two San Joaquin County Civil Grand Juries (2007-08 & 2008-09).  Dave was the marketing committee chair for a local housing developer and now serves as President of two local homeowner associations.  He has been a quest speaker for Rotary, Kiwanis and other service organizations.
